Listen up, folks! I have to spill the beans on my personal trainer, Lon, who is hands down the best in the business! I went from being an absolute newbie to a confident and skilled athlete in no time, all thanks to Lon's unmatched training methods and style. I have given 5 star to this coach ,as the experience I had through training is wonderful and His work, attitude is definitely based on HIGH PROFESSION.
LON puts great effort into each training,very focused, explains properly,and I have to say that He is a very good listener.
He makes You feel comfortable,able to find the easiest way for You to achieve Your goals.He does deserve My 5 star ,and I am sure whoever hires Lon,won't regret it for a minute.

After looking online for a boxing coach considering I had 0 experience in it at first, I found with each lesson I’m making great progress due to Lon and his high professionalism, he’s patient and amazing at what he does, the way he teaches is clear and very precise I knew from the first lesson I found the right coach and I look forward to each session and feel extremely comfortable, Lon is a class A coach. I wanted to focus on getting back into working out and increasing my fitness levels through kickboxing and started training with Lon regularly over the past 6 months. Lon is methodical and puts together a good mix of kickboxing, cardio and toning exercises. Sessions are enjoyable and thoughtful and consistently pushes me beyond my comfort zone. I am an average middle aged women, with two kids a full time job. Wanted to get fitter, obviously lose some weight, wanted to feel good again.
Had some knee issues so had to try something new. Boxing and a general work out with Lon has been brilliant for my mental well being and obviously had some good physical changes too! Lon has been great at motivating me to stick with it and push myself outside my comfort zone and even managed all that with good humour and banter. Would highly recommend. Definitely get what you pay for.

Lon is that perfect mix that you look for in a trainer: a bonafide expert in all his various crafts, but with a genuine focus on education. As someone who is interested in the science and technicalities of boxing as much as the art, Lon is great at providing an all round coaching program, talking you through everything clearly and logically. I’ve been training with Lon in Brockley for about six weeks now and know I most definitely made the right decision. I found Lontech through a Google search.

The decision was made based on the type of training offered, I wanted boxing and self-defence lessons to be weaved into the training to keep me interested and motivated, this I can assure you is happening. The sessions have been challenging and fun leaving me looking forward to the next, it’s also motivated me to train in my own gym between session. Previous attempts at training left my bank account the only thing that saw any real action.

I’ve quite a few goals, short term flat tummy for my holiday in May is my main one, cardio, toning and nutrition is the long-term goal. Watch this space for an update and possibly before and after shots!!

The best investment in yourself is to train with Lon!

I’ve been training with Lon for nearly 4 years and I can easily say that he is the best self-defence instructor and personal trainer I have ever worked with.

I met him at my then workplace where he was holding boxing, self-defence and circuit classes. At the time I just returnt to work after a long maternity leave and I was struggling with my pregnancy weight, low self-esteem, emotional imbalances. His classes became the highlights of my day and I have lost 8kg very quickly without suffering.

Later on, I started to take my 8-year-old son to him for private self-defence session where not only his motor skills and body coordination improved enormously but his focus and performance at school as well.

Now both of my children and myself are training with Lon privately and enjoy every session. I train at the Brockley studio which is 40 minutes’ drive from where I live and I would not consider to find anyone else to train with. He’s not just motivating us, he inspires us to be the best of ourselves. He’s handling my naughty kids effectively and each of our sessions are fun filled and useful both physically and mentally. His holistic approach towards everything in life is a bonus which I haven’t found anywhere else before.

Lon’s expertise and his continual journey towards excellence providing me and my children with physical, emotional and spiritual growth that has met my personal needs over the years.

I recognise that people are emotionally driven and we all have different needs at different times.

All of my clients are treated as individuals , I do not subscribe to a one exercise size fits all approach to health and fitness. You will be encouraged to give regular feedback.

Communication between yourself and I is considered key to us maximising each session and you achieving great results in the shortest time possible.

Get enough sleep!! This is probably the most over looked aspect of looking good, health and longevity especially amongst people who live busy lives.
