Q&As

Like most coaches, I love this work. It’s exciting to be part of someone’s self-discovery and life journey with all it has to offer. Regardless of your situation or circumstances, your life is full of possibilities and you’re full of potential. I wanted to help people improve their health and lives, this was the best opportunity for me to apply my knowledge by going back to school and getting my certification.

On a personal note, I am a big guy. For years I was on rollercoaster diet plans but as I aged it seemed as if the weight went on faster and it took longer to lose it. I wanted to improve my health and to do so took the knowledge I learned in my coursework and dedication to getting on a much healthier track. I have lost 65 pounds and still have a few more to go but it is staying off which is a true blessing.
