Typically I would go with a solid word of mouth referral for services like this, but after finding this place on yelp, and reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! From the start of the booking process all the way through my services, a colonic and infared sauna, Rachel was amazing! Caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and lots of attention to details to ensure your comfort, cleanliness and satisfaction. I would give 10 stars if I could! Rachel is phenomenal... talk about a healer!Her personality is so comforting and calming. I look forward to every visit at this business, with her. I recently started getting very serious about my health and she has been a huge part of my process of success. I see her regularly for colonics and I use the infrared sauna there for relaxation and to burn calories. In three months, I'm down 27 pounds. I really truly think that my treatments at longevity lounge have played a huge part in my weight loss success and overall improvement of my health. She is so good at explaining everything and making you feel so comfortable. She is also the ultimate professional. She has complete integrity for her work. She doesn't run late and on the rare chance that she might, she will let you know with plenty of notice. But that is very rare. She is always on point and cares so much about respecting her clientele.She also sends reminder texts and emails, knowing how busy all of our lives are... This was my first experience for colon hydrotherapy and I definitely recommend it. Rachel was very communicative on the scheduling side and also throughout the whole process explaining things that were happening and made me feel very comfortable. The set up was great, the procedure was painless and I feel all the healthier for doing it. I had a great experience here today. I recently had surgery and wanted to get all of the pain meds out of my system etc. The procedure was painless and comfortable. I felt comfortable getting it done and Rachel was great answering all of my questions. Afterwards I did the sauna and that was awesome! She left a large amount of water in the room and I drank all of it throughout. I sweat a ton so it felt very good to fully detox my body since I haven't been able to work out in a month. Where do I start? This place is awesome. It was recommended to me via a nutritionist I trust and she as always didn't disappoint. From the easy to book process, to the quality customer service and amazingly comfortable process - I was terrified to try colon hydrotherapy and I walked away a big fan. I got a lymph massage too and although I can't see the results after only one session, my gut tells me it was very helpful and I can't wait to do more and really excel on my road to wellness. Outstanding experience!! I love that the idea behind this lounge is your overall heath. Steven and I each had a massage followed by a 60 min sauna treatment. We both felt reenergized and the tension was gone. Left me wondering how soon I could come back. The aromatherapy oils were top of the line. I look forward to learning more about this place. I was so happy to try the Soundlounge Therapy Bed, as I have been curious about vibroacoustic therapy for a while now, and its reported positive effect on the body's cellular function etc. I had previously tried something remotely similar, but that was more of a vibrating air pillow; whereas this Soundlounge is several steps above that.
This was amazing. I could feel the vibrations/frequencies resonate through my entire body, not just where your back and legs contact the mattress.

I went to see Rachel for candida and she totally changed my life! I'm convinced I wouldn't have gotten better without her. I went in a nervous wreck, expecting to cancel! but she was so supportive and explained how we would inch the water in slowly during the colonics appt, and can stop anytime, so thankfully I went through with it! I continue to go back regularly to stay healthy, especially everytime my stomach feels messed up or I'm irritable and then I'm back on track. Not only did her treatments (hydro colon therapy) change and save my life, but she as a person is calming, professional, soothing, and relaxing. These qualities are 100% CRUCIAL when receiving hydro colon therapy. If you do not relax/can't relax, neither can your intestines, which usually produces poor colonic results. However, when you can relax this equals the BEST colonic ever.I am confident in saying that Rachel (Longevity Lounge) is the best colonic technician in all of San Diego because I have been to at least 6 other colonic technicians and spas in the area. I know some of you reading this may be hesitant or fearful of such a new process but please just TRUST on this one. As a Registered Nurse, trained with my Master's from UCLA, I know how to do research and assert for myself whether a practice is safe or not, regardless of it's acceptance by Western Medicine or not. These healing modalities have been used for centuries. With my training I also feel confident in being able to assess both the mental and physical benefits of a treatment. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I was nervous before my first hydrocolon-therapy (colonic) session but Rachel instantly made me feel at ease. She walks you through every step of the process and thoroughly explains what to expect. She is SO knowledgeable and has a special way of making you feel comfortable. Her room was clean and welcoming and her table was heated which provided an added sense of comfort. The Longevity Lounge is such an amazing place for me when I need a total detox. Rachel and Jenna are both experts in their fields and make the experience very relaxing and are professional. Jenna really knows what she's doing. I told her to give me a deep tissue massage and that's exactly what I got. She used precision pressure and some amazing techniques to work out my aches and pains.
