I have a Generac 52411 10 KW generator. Called LIEW due to a persistent blown fuse problem. Ace electrician, Tony, came out in rainy weather, set up his golf umbrella over the generator and diligently worked to isolate the problem causing the fuse to blow which was tedious because the single fuse controls everything in the system. He finally pinned it down to a bad electrical choke solenoid which was a pain to replace due to its awkward attachment. He finally got the unit back on line and set the automatic exercise timer. A couple of days later I turned the unit off and reset the exercise timer as a "test" and it reset itself as expected. Tony did an excellent, professional job in spite of the annoying rainy weather and he should be highly recognized by LIEP management. A million thanks for a job well done. More...

These people are wonderful. They came when no one else would come and fixed and repositioned the generator that was put in incorrectly. They did all the paperwork and got me the necessary approvals from the town. Nothing was ever a problem for them. They did it all. They have maintained my generator for years now. They schedule my service without me ever reminding them. Jason is a wonderful "user friendly". Go between for whatever concern or issue I may experience. I highly recommend them. Long Island Emergency Power has been my generator company for 6 years. LIEP took over from a flawed electrician who installed my 30kw Generac, improving my entire set-up outside and inside my home.
