I am a very active person and there has only been one workout that has kept me addicted to fitness - Long Beach Boot Camp! I have been a Long Beach Boot Camp member since 2006. I love the trainers, the outdoor locations and most importantly the motivation to keep YOU going. LBBC has kept me agile with bear crawls to keep up with my 2 grandchildren and plenty of cardio that has kept me fit to continue to run competitively.
