Answered our call immediately on a Saturday, sent a plumber Adam who was there quick smart. Talked us through the options then fixed all our problems. Not very Pricey but extremely worth it - I searched in google only this company was open called for both an electrician (sitting room lights didn't work) and plumber (faulty toilet and sink) to attend an estimate visit for a few problems with our new flat in Putney. The engineer George and electeriction identified the causes of the problems and started work.All work completed within three days (would have been same day if a part was in stock) and to a very high standard - very happy with everything working great! Excellent service from londongasplumber. Rapid response - was able to inspect the fault with my boiler within an hour of my initial call. A solution and replacement was found rapidly and I was back with heating and hot water with very little fuss. The heating engineers - Adam and George were excellent. Everything was explained clearly. Dishwasher installI thought I was getting a simple dishwasher installed but turned out to be a bigger job! As the last plumbers I had were not very professional I had a building inspector from the council who came over and had also mentioned this? I was very glad when londongas plumbers reconfirmed what the inspector had said and we had to change as we previously kept on having blockages in the waste pipe and the water pressure was very poor. The whole waste piping and water supply piping had to be changed to make it link in with my washing machine. I was told the track had to be installed. It turns out that the original pipework was incorrect so had to be corrected. The engineer had to pop out to buy the correct connections for my dishwasher and managed to fix everything. However, the next day there was a leak and the their emergency plumber in London returned in 1 hr after I called to fix it before I had to go to work in the morning. It turned out that it was a faulty part and I wasn’t charged as the work was guaranteed for 12 months. I’m glad I went with this Company, as they were really helpful and didn’t hesitate to come back and fix the issue as soon as possible. Writing a review about a large company based on only one member of staff can be misleading. But in a valiant attempt to resuscitate my (very) old boiler and eventually replace it with a new one, I have now met 5 WPJ engineers, and I can honestly say that in every case, their efficiency and expertise could not be faulted. The advice I got from HQ was even-handed without being pushy, and the pricing was fair. After ascertaining that my old Servowarm boiler was no longer safe to keep running, Kazi set the ball rolling, asked Arni to come and join him, and placed an order for a new Vaillant heating system which arrived very quickly. The two young men worked very efficiently and almost without a break, getting rid of my old boiler as well as the huge water tank in my airing cupboard plus header tank. The flat looked in complete chaos, with all the pipes and hoses etc , neighbours thinking it would take a week to finish the job. In fact it took two days, by which time the whole heating system was working beautifully and everything was tidied up. They took all the discarded stuff away. The two men were reassuring and pleasant to have around and I felt complete confidence leaving the flat in their hands whilst I went out. Kazi was always prepared to go the extra mile o help me. I hope, should need a plumber in the future, he would be able to come to my aid. Right from my first phone call, they provided me with all the emergency information I needed to know about the gas leak. They also quoted the price I was expected to pay for the emergency repair right at the beginning. And the invoice total was same as the price quoted and agreed on the phone.
