AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Total SCAMMERS! I called to ask for the cost of cutting a lock from a metal gate and was told £120+VAT and £39 for a new lock. I agreed. Then he asked whether I had called another company out amd how much did they charge? After cutting the lock, he told me the lock will be £70 and that a £60 labour fee would be applied also. I reminded him of his quote and that I agreed to him coming out due to his quote. He then went on to tell me that they usually don't tell customers the true costs otherwise customers would not use their services, do it works out better for them to only mention a cheaper fee and then change it afterwards. I was completely speechless! The audacity of this man! He blatantly LIED to me and spoke like its okay to scam custers and also told me that I had no choice but to use his services. NEVER AGAIN! and I would NOT recommend this company. More...

Never arrived despite many my calls throughout the day. When I called a lady tried to assure me that someone will be with me within 25, then after couple hours the locksmith was supposed be with me within 40 minutes. Absolute scam. Also not surprised that this is the one review site I've found where they aren't given terrible ratings. Overcharged a young woman who was locked out claiming they'd need to replace the whole lock for £450. Rip off. Totally conceals his outrageously overpriced labour costs until it’s time to pay. £700 to drill out and replace two locks(then add VAT - totalled over £800! !!!) - He talked about the cost of replacing the locks - approx£350 - we nearly passed out when we saw the final bill - takes advantage, unrepentant, bullish - avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Beware, London Pro Locksmith!
An elderly lady called these people out at 7.30pm on Tuesday the 13th November as she couldn’t get into her flat as the key would not turn.
They had the audacity to charge £169 to take out the Yale lock and another £178 to replace it with a new cheap one. The total cost came up to £416.40 which is an absolute disgrace! They have taken advantage of a distressed elderly lady by charging her this extortionate amount of money for a job which is worth £150 the most!
These people are absolute rip off merchants and should be avoided at any cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
We called this company out and their website said they do not charge a call out fee. However as soon as they give you advise a call out fee is charged which is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard.
Secondly they charged 4 x the value of the lock and was dishonest about its value when giving me the quote!! So basically they are liars!
I then complained to the manager who avoided my calls for 3 days. When I eventually got hold of him he gave me some excuse about my rights to questions how much a drink is in a bar (saying he can charge what he wants) and didn't address my actual complaints at all. In fact he hungup saying "YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT"
These people are awful and fraudsters!! Do not use them they rip people off, lie and swear at their customers.
