It's been a pleasure as always. Thanks especially for your timely arrival, efficient and tidy set up and professional good humoured demeanour throughout.
Always makes a difference and takes a load off my mind knowing I have you involved in that you will take it upon yourself to resolve any small problems in delivery and set up on the spot, dealing with clients, venues and their staff politely and patiently without me having to worry that I should be there to mediate as I might with other operators.
The client has been only full of glowing praise for the performance, a good part of which is down to you and the sound we were able to achieve through your PA system. So a big thankyou from SuperGrouse reels band and The Royal Caledonian Ball. Hopefully there will be many more such opportunities in the future.
