After doing some research to get an alarm on my van, I got in contact with a couple companies before hand to get it done. However I saw London Car Alarm Co and decided to give them a call yesterday . After speaking to Otto, within the first 3 minutes, without me even knowing prices, I knew I was going to use him regardless of his costs, as the customer service and expertise I received on the phone was undoubtedly the best! next to none. He talked me through the ins and outs of all the systems that could be fitted. He visited me this morning and fitted my alarm, and again I can’t thank him enough as his punctuality, workmanship, professionalism and knowledge of his trade was simply the best. His prices are very reasonable and I was happy to give him every penny. Otto came to house 1 hour after I contacted him . He was so professional and experienced. He gave me all the options available with all the pros and cons . I went for a high end alarm system which he fitted in 2 hours . Very neat and clean . I contacted Otto explained that i have a classic Vw golf mk2 gti it was fitted with a Sigma car alarm. The problem i had was the car is 27 years old and the alarm system fitted was fitted many years ago but still fully working but the remote key fob which works the alarm was nearly on its last legs but was still working. I managed to buy a brand new fob of the internet which was great so now i needed to get it coded to the car, i rang around a few car alarm fitters only to be told i needed the pin number or the key pad which may have been fitted to the car years ago, i had neither so i was to told by others it can not be programmed to the car,WELL maybe these other alarm companies want to speak to Otto as he managed to cycle to my house as he was in my area it took him 20 minutes to program the new fob to my old car alarm with no programming equipment just his superior knowledge of the product which is fitted to my car.So what can i say i'm a happy customer as the problem i had he has sorted it. 'OTTO THE GREAT'.........If you are trawling through endless car/van security companies on the internet like I did then look no further. I doubt if there are many or any in the country that know vehicle security inside out like Otto. Not only that but he is a lovely chap to boot, who puts the customers needs and expectations first, all within a price range that suits them and not himself.I phoned Otto after many hours of research about security for my van and company reviews, and he spoke clearly with me on the phone about what I needed. My situation had been that my van was broken into the year before with over £3000 worth of tools stolen. Otto recommended several types of ways he could install extra security and gave me a clear costing of the job. He stated a time that afternoon that he could come to fit it and even turned up slightly early. The job was complete several hours later, no fuss, extremely tidy, and the alarm worked like a dream. The whole service was first class from start to finish and he even went out of his way to do something extra that I was concerned about at no added cost.
