Lost 1500£ due to pickup delay – avoid at all costs
Dec 14th, 2022. I had booked, and paid, in advance, a pickup for me and family at 6.
45AM in hotel in central London, to Gatwick. Day of railway strike (well-known since weeks).
Pickup confirmed via Whatsapp the day before.
On the day, 6.45 AM, I receive a call from the agency that the driver will be 45 mins late, but I should not worry as I still had enough time to take my flight.
Despite my hard complaint, in message and on the phone, nothing happens. I call and write again, 7.30, 7.45. I am waiting with small children on the outside in the cold.
Finally the driver turns up at 8.15 (1h30m delay!!). He is also rude and unapologetic.
He drives as mad on highways (also at risk of creating accidents).
We get to Gatwick at 9.40. We run across the airport, but the would not let us through. The flight is lost.
Result: no other flights available on the day for 4 people. Must buy 4 tickets for the following day, at high rate due to Christmas period; moreover one more day of accommodation, food etc. One more day of forced (and un-announced) PTO for me and my wife. Nervousness in family and for kids. £1500 lost in a day.
All I could get was a refund of the taxi run.
Avoid like plague.

This company is a Big thief and they do an scam
Let me share my experience about this company with you to prevent you to fall in to this company traps and get victim of theire scam
During the time I worked with this company I was witness that how they ripoff passengers by charging them for the extra hidden charges .
First they Wait for the passenger to sit in a car and later on the half way they call the passenger and asking for the extra charges to pay to the drivers and then driver need to collect that money from passenger because they deducting from drivers payment in the next estatement
I worked with company for almost 1 year and after some time I noticed that they don't mention some of my jobs in my statement and therefore I don't get paid for that job when I start telling them some times they was telling that we forget and we will pay you next week and again next week they was doing same thing in my new statement and even they wasn't paying that shortage that they was agreed to pay and they just keep promising and they wasn't paying on time till you forget and they take the money .
This company charging drivers %20 for commission and in fact they taking %40 to %45 . Because most of the time driver receive account job and they already taking theire extra %20 to %25 and driver see on his screen deducted price and from that amount they charging %20 commission .
Because when drivers doing cash jobs we could see they charging for example £60 and they asking us to refund £12 to the company for extra charges and from the remaining amount they charge theire %20 commission.
.This company is illegal.
This company runs by 2 Pakistani Brother which one of them never seen England on his life and they operating all the jobs from an small office some where in Pakistan and they have no active office in London or any where in the u.k or even any where in Europe which is against the TFL Rules and Regulations.
When I saw they keep repeating theire scams in a daily base I asked them to get my 2 weeks notice then I get my deposit back and leave the company and of course as you can guess they never paid my deposit.
There is also a lot of issues with theire licence
And because they have no active office in London there is a lot of illegal activities that they do which TFL is not aware of that and because they keep all theire paper works in Pakistan therefore TFL is not aware of theire illegal activities.
I Strongly advice drivers and Riders to be very carefull to not fall on to this company traps and dont get victim of theire scam
And also there is a lot more issues they have with theire TFL Licence which TFL is not aware of that which I will inform TFL and will report them.

We got a cab to pick us up at the airport to our hotel and return too, which were about an hour of driving. Unfortunately there were complications at the airport security at arrival, which made us get delayed for our booking. But, Britannia airport cars gave us the number for the driver and we could get the driver updated about our whereabouts. Both drivers had clean cars, helped with luggage and asked for other things if needed, plus they were at least 5-15 min earlier than expected. I can't say enough about this service. My little boy and I were caught up in Southend in the wee hours of the morning after our plane had been diverted in the Gatwick drone fiasco. I phoned Scott up and he said he'd be there in ten minutes and he was. He even phoned me to describe exactly where he was waiting. The car is beautiful and kept meticulously clean. You could see that here was a man who took pride in the service he offered. My son fell asleep immediately in the cushy back seat while Scott and I chatted all the way back to Gatwick.
