How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I complete a detailed free first assessment to go over their goals, eating habits, and current schedule. I complete a body assessment, meal plan, and workout regimen. I make sure to push them past their comfort zone and realize they have exactly what it takes to get to where they want to be.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It all starts with detailed written short term and long term goals. I help clients with meal plans and making sure they are consistent both in the kitchen and in the gym. It all comes down to how much they want it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to not only help people crush their fitness goals, but i believe that it all starts with feeling great about yourself and becoming confident in your own skin. And if I am able to help someone become just a little bit more comfortable and confident through fitness, then Ive done my job. At the end of the day its all about how you perceive yourself and pushing yourself past your limits. It is all about mindset and through everything I have been through the past 15 years of working out and playing sports, I know that you can literally do anything you put your mind to. My job is to share that with the world, one client at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an athlete my entire life. I played Division 1 soccer and Professional soccer overseas. I grew up on the soccer field and in the weight room. Once I stopped playing soccer, I began to find an entirely new love for lifting and working out. There is no better feeling than helping people do what you already know how to do. I love using my knowledge and experience to bring value to other people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know what it is like to not feel confident and to not feel comfortable in your own skin. I have gone up and down on countless emotional roller-coasters and I know that I can use what i go through as a way to help others going through the same thing. I'm looking to help anyone who just wants to better themselves and is tired of not living up to their full potential. I want to help people become confident in their own skin through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to make sure that working out is not a temporary thing and that it becomes part of who you are in your everyday lifestyle. I hold the client accountable so even when they don't believe in themselves, they have somebody right by their side pushing them and believing in them that they can do whatever it is that they want to do.
