I found LogoSystems after other companies including Apple told me to throw my 6 year old 27" iMac away after the graphics card went bust. Logo's service was exemplary. Took a MacBook Pro with damaged screen to them for repair. They were courteous, prompt and kept me informed of progress during the short turnaround. I have used Logo-systems for the last 4 years to keep my ageing Apple Mac Pro going. I seem to have a problem every year. The first three years were under an extended warranty . which were done without question, very efficiently and with very good results. Only one thing was serious - which they fixed quickly (and under warranty). Most recently, my keyboard went and they repaired it, outside the warranty the same day and at low cost. I had thought about getting a new computer - why they said, yours is fine and will last. So, they saved me money.

In a word: Wow! After my Mac's swollen battery caused a sudden power failure and corrupted my MSOutlook data I discovered Time Machine hadn't been backing it up. Big problem – my email in a mess and up to 15 years of correspondence and research lost. I took it to Logo Systems really not hoping for much success and preparing to buy a new Mac. What actually happened was the the Logo team quickly got my machine working better than it has for years (it's flying now) and then went to work recovering the lost data. Not only was I kept informed as they worked through their recovery process, I got a full briefing on how to make sure my data remains secure going forward. The outcome?
