Hi Jill, I regret for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. As we've discussed on many occasions that the theme you bought only had few customization options. You requested a list of customizations because you wanted a site that functions like Craigslist, and the features you desired were not possible to have in that theme. We had to spend several hours to customize as per your instructions. Finally, we called the theme's creator for customization and informed you regarding their timeline, they charged us almost a $1000 but we did not charge you a penny and you were getting it for free. Yet, you were dissatisfied despite this extra effort and cost we have put in your project, so we issued a full refund in accordance with our policy. Thanks!

Came up with multiple designs for my daughters branding & they were all great. Each design inspired more creativity and Mike was able to get it done really quickly.
