After just over 2 years out of gym from a slipped disc, Logan created a specially suited plan for me to gradually help rebuild my core muscles and my strength back. He then monitored my progress with my plan and altered it according to my progression rate. Overall quality of the plan and support he's offered throughout has been 10/10. I take into account the client's likes and dislikes when it comes to both training and eating, and I then tailor a plan around that to create a plan that is enjoyable and easy to stick to. I will also check in with my clients on a weekly basis. making sure they are staying on track and if not, then I will find a solution.

Seeing people achieve things they told me they didn't think they could achieve, and exceeding their own expectations.

The ability to work closer with my clients and use my own training techniques to help tem get to where they need to be, as opposed to using pre made gym plans and only being able to use a limited number of exercises. Being self employed un-restricts me, and allows me to put my clients on the fast track.

Because I can make exercise fun for you and addictive. I have so many different platforms I can use, such as martial arts training, gymnastics training, military inspired training, bodyweight/callisthenics training, alternative cardio training, old-school bodybuilding, circuits, crossfit, kettlebells and HIIT. There is something for everyone here.
