Logan was one of several companies I contacted for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. Jeff MacRae, sales person, and Brandon, installer, were great to work with. Jeff carefully educated me on the heating and air conditioning systems so I could make an informed decision within my budget. No high pressure sales - just courteous, professional service. We had our blower motor go out in the furnace. We chose Logan because of the reviews and the fact that they are one of the longer running more reputable companies in the area. I submitted a quote card online and received a call the next morning to schedule my appointment. I spoke to Lynn on the phone and she was friendly. Unfortunately I had to wait until Tuesday for an available time slot, not their fault so I won't hold it against them. I received a call from my technician prior to his arrival as well as a text with his name and photo. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the job in less than an hour. All quotes and options were discussed prior to work being done.We would use Logan again based on this experience. More...

Bobby Frye was our installer, he was extremely professional. He told us he would be here to finish the job, and was here for 12 hours installing our new A/C and furnace with a heat pump. He and Toby left everything clean, picked up and took all the packaging and old appliances with them. I couldn’t be happier with their work. We needed emergency service on the A/C / heat pump and were unhappy with the company our home's previous owner had used. We called Logan, who promptly scheduled a service tech to come out on the weekend to assess the issue. I was impressed to receive a text message from the tech when he was on the way, which included his photo (I appreciate knowing who to expect to see when I open my door to a stranger). Craig was pleasant, efficient in his analysis and repair, and was such an credible ambassador for Logan that we signed a new service agreement with Logan and cancelled our existing agreement with the company the previous homeowner had used. Our system likely has five-six years of life in it, but we will definitely have Logan replace the system when the time comes. Craig took the time to discuss what our options would be when the time comes, as we have plans for renovation that may impact our choice of replacement systems. We are happy to recommend Logan to anyone in the Greater Dayton area in search of a reputable heating/AC provider. More...

Announcing Our New Addition After 45 years we have welcomed a new addition to the Dunn household. Our ‘labor and delivery’ team of Shane and Daniel were punctual, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and while serious about the job at hand also demonstrated a real sense of humor. It made our time together very pleasurable! Our new ‘baby’ is adapting well and has made our home complete. We appreciate the efforts of all those we talked to at Logan. They were always pleasant, helpful and worked to make sure all paperwork and timelines were met. Our friend who recommended Logan received their gift card within 3 weeks. The service I received from this company was exceptional. My AC went out over the weekend. I had Logan and a different local company come and provide a quote. Aaron came to my house on a Sunday, was extremely professional, and very honest/upfront about everything. Not only was Logan cheaper but they also were able to install the unit faster. Nick was the installer. He was so super friendly and professional. He worked all day long and did an amazing job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Daniel was super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process ( we had to get an entire new system for our house) and walked me through it step by step telling me the multitude of checks for each step to ensure that everything is as it should be, Daniel and his 2 helpers( sry guys I dont remember your names) were excellent and we are very happy with their work and our new trane system.

On May 28th I made a call to Logan A/C & Heat Services to come out and look at my system. To my surprise, I was able to meet Daniel Puthoff the very next day despite my house and their office on North Dixie not having power from the tornado a day earlier. He talked me through everything and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way through the power of some AA powered flashlights and his iPad. We set up an appointment for the following Thursday, June 6th. When that day rolled around I was greeted by Kyle and Kyle punctually at 9am. They very professionally prepped my house with cloths as to not track in debris and walked me through what they were doing. Everything went without a hitch and about 7 hours later I had a brand new furnace, brand new A/C, and my previous units were hauled away.
