Alex and his team designed and built our loft extension, overseeing every stage to the highest standard from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They all work extremely hard and their work is of an extremely high standard at a very reasonable price. Polite, considerate and helpful, every member of the team is highly skilled and goes out of their way to make living with the building work as easy as possible. We are delighted with our gorgeous two loft rooms and shower room. Alex was so helpful with advice and always on hand to answer questions and explain things. My husband and I have nothing but praise for Loftex - definitely use them if you are considering a loft conversion. I cannot recommend Loftex highly enough, the team are fantastic and they work extremely hard to get the job done to a high standard. I work from home, so having a loft conversion at times was quite noisy, as you would expect, but the team were so considerate and they always cleaned up after themselves every day. They were a pleasure to work with - friendly and very open and honest about the works. I didn't make many changes to the build, but when I did, there was no sucking of the teeth and a story of how difficult the change would be - Alex was very supportive and helped make suggestions and was very transparent about the cost. Alex and his team did amazing job at our house : an excellent team, working together, always on time and friendly.
They first started with the refurbishing of the house and we were so happy that we asked them to do the kitchen extension and loft conversion!
They finished the renovation of the entire house in record time given the fact that it was a very big project!
They also gave us useful advices regarding material.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
head hight for finished floor should be at least 2200mm, and head hight for stairs should be at least 2000mm.
