Chris, Karen and Stuart gave me a competitive quote to replace 60 feet of wooden fencing in my back garden. I had to pay 1/2 cost up front and the rest on completion. they started on time, organized a skip, carried out all the stated work and even did a bit more for my satisfaction. they were all polite, friendly and looks like they did a very good job. I received this enquiry on the 17th April and sent you a text message with my details on but heard nothing back from you. I don't like to keep constantly texting or calling customers because I myself would find that annoying. I'm not sure if you're aware but as a service provider, I have to pay to respond to a potential customer so I wouldn't pay the necessary credits and then not follow up if you indicated you wanted me to do the work. I am sorry you felt disappointed but I would never, knowingly, ignore a customer; I pride myself on my customer service. My apologies.

Chris worked hard on my garden a few days ago and was very thorough in removing all the bramble that had taken over my garden that had made it look like a jungle. He was neat and tidy whilst he worked and even brought his own bags to help us remove the cut vegetation which we had chosen to do. He also took before and after pictures and you could see the massive difference. I will definately be requesting his help for other parts of my garden. Highly recommended. More...

Chris is a real hard worker and a very nice person. He had my garden from hell to clear, was more like a house clearance with all the old furniture he removed from my garden. I had a horrible job to clear an out of control rockery in my garden, but Chris worked tirelessly to complete the job exactly how I wanted and even did it in under the time he stated. What do you love most about your job?
I can honestly say that each and every day is not only different but rewarding in it's own way. I meet such a variety of people and I'm constantly evolving and learning new things. I don't ever wake up and dread leaving the house for work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a family and I really needed a change in my lifestyle. I realised that all too soon my children would be grown up and I would have missed key stages in their life. For my family, starting my own business meant I could put them to bed at night and be there when they needed me. My business has given me all that and more and I am so grateful that I had the backing and support to take that plunge.
Why should our clients choose you?
Whilst I'm sure people say it, I really do mean it when I say you will get an honest service from my Company. Customer service is paramount to me and I know every customer is different. I don't put clients in a box and assume everyone wants the same service, I really do try to provide a bespoke service to each and every customer.
