Steve came out to fix a door at work - (which he did fantastically - can't believe we struggled with it for so long) and I mentioned I had issues with my UPVC door at home. He was was efficient - took my details and arranged a visit. He worked his magic and now I have no more issues. I booked Steve to change some locks for me and he arrived promptly and did a sterling job on the front and rear doors as well as the rear door to the garage. Genuinely pleased with his work and banter! He also gave me advice on the front garage door and demonstrated great customer skills. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I asked him if he personally knew of a good plumber for another job I had in the hope that, although a different trade, that person would also be as good and as attentive as Steve was. I was sure I had buggered a lock, seized due to the weather over Christmas on an old motorbike gas tank. Steve came promptly, offered plenty of insight and advice for preventing it happening again, and was able to resurrect the function of a lock I would have thought needed drilling out!
