I get a phone call from my staff . Stating the fire exit door wouldn’t shut so couldn’t lock up . This was at about 4:30am . I called locksmith services. Answer and came within 10-15mins . Called locksmith carlisle yesterday with a semi urgent job. After speaking to Steve he told me he could squeeze me in to do the more urgent part and do the non urgent lock another day. Amazingly when he dropped me the keys back off he’d done both jobs and repaired a mechanism that I thought would need to be replaced. Saving me a fortune. Can not recommend enough. Changed the barrel of my back door yesterday, charged £110 for half an hours work. Now I’m stuck with a door that won’t even open and had to climb out of a window to rescue my little dog who was trapped in the yard (I’m not young by the way)!
