What’s your signature dish?
The Sriracha Dog is our own creation. Homemade Sriracha Mayo tossed with cole slaw topped with fresh diced jalapeno, then drizzled with the very same sriracha mayo and sriracha. All on a toasted bun and all beef grilled dog! Heat and flavor!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Everything that Loaded Dogs makes is made to order. Clients can request exactly how they want their dogs to be made!
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people at my cart and providing them with quality and consistency each and every time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been a grocery store manager for almost 20 years and wanted to explore what it would be like to run my own business. I've always had a passion for cooking and wanted to start a business that allowed me flexibility to cater to corporations, local lunch crowds, sporting events, personal parties, etc
