Having recently purchased my dream home i was horrified to discover it had a current Rat infestation that we just couldn't shift, and after 6 weeks of battling it alone and we just had to seek professional help. LO pest control were amazing from the outset putting my mind at ease. they initially carried out a survey of my property and quickly discovered the cause of my problem was due to the previous occupiers DIY decking hiding large holes in the external walls where rats were burrowing under my property. LO pest control took care of the proofing for me and after a baiting process i am now rat free. they gave me honest advice and a friendly service, i highly recommend this company and if i ever suffer another pest problem they will be my first call. Helping customers become pest free and proud. Working with the customers to rid them of any pest problems they have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When learning the pest control trade it felt good to help the customers out with eradicating pests and solving problems. Most big company's look at customers in money and figures as we pride ourselves on treating customers as people and individuals
