When I contacted LNX design for a logo for my website, I wasn't quite sure what I was after. Somehow they got it spot on getting back to me very quickly with many example designs of which I could choose from, while answering all my questions quickly and consistently. Will certainly use again!

As owner at Rimscarnated, one thing I know is important is response time. LNX replied to my questions and queries as if I were face to face with them and allowed me to mention ideas throughout for the logo without any hassle or fuss. Secondly, the logo itself is exactly what I was after for our new branch @fukaiwheels and will be plastering the new logo from LNXdesign all over our social media. Will definitely use again!! What information do you need from a client before you start work?
I require a brief before I start work; what is it you're after? Do you have any ideas in mind? Are there any specific colours you would like included?
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Anything. Business Cards, Letterheads, Compliment Slips, Flyers, Brochures, Leaflets, Banners.. you name it.
Describe your creative process.
Firstly I discuss the brief with my customer, along with pricing. Once the price is confirmed, I will get to work. Once complete, I'll send over the design drafts - this is where I will make amendments as per the customers request if required. Once the customer is happy I will then either send over the design / print ready artwork, or discuss the print options and get the final product(s) delivered straight to your door! Easy peasy.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to be creative, and I love to bring customers ideas to life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been a highly motivated individual and have always wanted to pursue my own path in life - following my dream of owning my own business doing what I love. I also have a young son, and want to do and be the best I can be for him.
