All ourservices come with full break down and transparency of costs, public and employee liability insurance certificates, COSHH risk assessments, material data safety sheets, our H&S, environmental and quality policies all made available, all staff enhanced DBS checked and working on a London Living Wage (not minimum wage) in line with the living wage foundation, and all work managed and overseen by us personally.
We are proactive, as opposed to reactive. We love to plan monthly visits with both our clients and our cleaners to check in and ensure expectations are met. We create routine reports and audits for the client and strive to address all issues as quickly as possible. Our job isn’t complete until our client is happy.
Every site we work on will get a personalised cleaning specification with a full cost breakdown. This will highlight what we pay the cleaners, what costs are incurred from products and what profit we make. We do this to ensure absolute transparency for our clients, so you know what to expect.
