The ladies at LMQ Hair were fabulous! They did the hair & make up for the mother of the bride & mother of the groom, the hair for the two flower girls and also the hair for 2 guests. They were organised, punctual and provided a bespoke service to each individual - everyone’s hair & make up was perfect for them! Had previously been had a bad home hairdresser so I needed a lot of highlights and lowlights, they have been so nice about how unrealistic I was, even though i was upset and grumpy they were so nice and helpful went the extra mile xx

Kayleigh is amazing! She is a super skilled make up artist and hair stylist. I had the pleasure of having both my hair and makeup done by Kayleigh for a bridal shoot. She is extremely professional, she takes into consideration your face shape, eye colour, skin tone, etc to ensure that she gives you a look that will enhance/compliment you to the fullest. She is so warm and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable throughout. She uses a selection of high end products to create her looks and everything is clean and sterile. She works quickly but to such a high standard that the quality is not affected. She doesn’t just pile on tonnes of make up, she carefully and cleverly applies it so that your face won’t feel caked in make up. My look felt so light and natural. I was so happy with my hair too. I told Kayleigh roughly the look I was going for but explained I was happy for her to put her own spin on it and I’m so glad she did because the final result was even better than I had expected. Kayleigh was able to add flip-in/halo extensions to my hair for length and volume, she was able to style these with ease and made my hair look really natural, perfectly concealing the extensions. Wouldn’t give a star to be honest was asked to go in and then got ignored then had cheek to ask me rather than go to shop I do a mobile service it’s cheaper if I wanted that I’d ask too top it all off call manager promised to call me yesterday nothing no call so be aware if looking to get hair done 1 let down 2ignored and gave some1 else my day and time pathetic 3 il do it mobile Avoid had I got the call as promised I’d not have said on feedback but just warning others turn up to a appointment but gave some1 else without telling client very professional wasted and not happy il go somewhere else

I visited LMQ today (September 2020) and was really impressed. Not only was Steph lovely and did a great job on my hair, but they have obviously spent a lot of time and money sorting out the salon to be a safe place during COVID. You get a PPE kit on arrival and there are barriers between each hairdressing pod and between the sinks. It made me feel safe, and I would be happy to return. I would really recommend it to those who are maybe a bit anxious to return to salon! More...

I had a well overdue cut today with Steph and was my first time for hair (have used them for lashes and brows before). I felt so comfortable and safe with all the measures they have taken to get reopened and back up and running. Went back after an amazing cut and colour with claire, asked for sam e again.. unfortunately claire had left got Alex who obviously did not listen horrid cut horrid colour went from a lovely silvery blond back to brown with streaks. Returned only to get worse..
