LMN hospitality offers in-home private dining, cocktail parties, backyard BBQs and crawfish boils, cooking classes, grilling classes, and more! Our chefs will cook in your kitchen and make it as interactive as your guests would like. We provide full-service seated dinners for groups up to 30 people, cocktail parties for up to 150 people, and buffet station-style events for up to 70.

What’s your signature dish?
One of our favorite bites is our Crab Cucumber Cup - cucumber marinated in soy and mirin, then topped with wasabi aioli, crab, and tobiko! Guests also love our Pork Lollipop (topped with apricot chutney and fennel salad) and our Poblano and Sweet Corn Soup Shooters (topped with chorizo lobster and lime crema).
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work closely with our clients to craft a menu that fits their style and event. Depending on if its a seated dinner or cocktail party, we have pre-planned menus to choose from, or lists from which to gather ideas, or we can completely customize the menu from scratch! The beautiful thing about having a professional chef and event planner on site during your event is you can rest assured everything will be perfect - and we can tweak any small details right then and there!
What do you love most about your job?
Working with our best friends (the three owners of this company are best friends and chefs!) and hanging out with our clients! We have the best clients who always make us feel right at home and are such big supporters of our dream! We love getting to create something new and fun to fit each event's personality and theme.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, we all LOVE cooking and getting together and hosting events. We started doing Sunday Suppers at home, and fell in love with it so much, that we wanted to share our love of treating people well, feeding them great food, and having a great time in the process!
