Follow up from previous review (as I can't amend it). Lee got in touch with me to apologise. There had been some miscommunication with one of his workmen so he sent Eric today who turned up on time and his work looks great. Hopefully the small leak is now solved and he's offered some advice on other maintenance that we could do ourselves to help avoid other problems in the future which was much appreciated.
Lee was really apologetic about the delay coming back out and all is resolved now and I'm happy with the remedial work done. Eric was really friendly and helpful.

ee seemed like a great guy, came to quote and do the work really quickly, seemed super reliable. The work looked great, he offered a 10 year warranty. But then there was a leak, only small, he said he'd be out that week. Over a month later he's now dodging my calls, won't return calls when I leave messages and failed to turn up on days he said someone would come. I'm really disappointed and will be looking for someone else to do the repair work LMF should be doing. More...

We had bats and the process was delayed and required cooperation with an ecologist. Lee was with us all the way and was able to come promptly to do the re-roofing when we got the licence to do so. The work was done really well and the men were all polite and friendly. Really satisfied. More...

Very proactive in responding to contacts (refreshing for tradesmen) - came quickly to provide quote, carried out the work when promised, found a problem whilst doing the work and resolved it - value for money !

Lee came to give me a quote the day after I rang him. we agreed a day for the work to be done, weather permitting. Although he was unable to start work on the day agreed due to the weather, he rang or texted every day to keep me up to speed.
