We have used LME Services for all of our IT needs at work. Joe & Leon are both very amazing to work with. I am a little older and I need to be walked through updates etc. I deal more with Joe on a day to day basis and he is very responsive. First he needs to decipher what the thingameggie is doing and saying to me and then he walks me through what I need to do. He gets back to me quickly and usually restores or corrects my problem within minutes. Our office has several locations, we have the main office with the servers, a satellite office, workers that travel and we can all work from home. Everyone has different devices and needs. So you can imagine the IT issues that arise keeping us all connected and synced. I recommend LME Services for any of your IT needs they are great!! Seeing the look on peoples faces when we do a job or provide a result that their previous IT person or consultant couldn't or wouldn't accomplish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Most IT Consulting or MSP companies are staffed with 80% Tier 1 support, which is a lot of low level techs bumbling through issues and often doing more damage than good. We wanted to do the opposite and staff ourselves with only the highest level of techs
