I've had my hair done for Christmas Eve here at LM hair salon in London. they are amazing! I've encountered them about 3 months ago this is my 2nd time so i decided to leave them a perfect review of how i feel so anyone wondering if they should go. I just got my hair colored for the first time here; getting your hair colored for the first time would make anyone nervous but talking with them on the phone and in person during my appointment helped me feel better about everything. I took my daughter here to get her hair done for the school drama performance. This was her first time getting her hair done by someone other than me and since it was something important such a this I decided to get it done here so she was nervous. I've been here once or twice myself and Lucy has always done my hair and I knew with her being such a nice and friendly person it would make my daughter have a good first experience. When I took her there I was right and Lucy made sure that my daughter did enjoy her session with her! Excellent service, ambience and pedicure. Very clean and hygienic. The tea and biscuits at the end whilst I was waiting for my nail varnish to dry was a lovely touch too. Will be visiting again soon.

I arrived early at my appointment so I had to wait a little bit because my hairdresser, Nathalia, was with someone else but I do have to say she is always worth the wait! I go here often and usually just get the same thing done each time so I don't have to tell her much of what to do with it anymore. She knows exactly what to do with my hair and always follows what I say to do and does how I like it. I am always welcomed to a friendly staff whenever I come in for my appointment. Lucy has cut and styled my hair for many events that I have had. She is always so talkative and the atmosphere there is so wonderful! They are very professional but not too much so you can always feel comfortable here and welcomed. Honestly like one of the best Hair Salons ever!!! Every time I go there for a special event or just to make myself feel pretty they always go way passed my expectations and make me feel amazing. Lucy just always knows exactly what to do with my hair and is always so friendly. She knows how to ask questions to always make sure I'm comfortable and if that anything is making me uncomfortable during the time such as if the hair curler is too close to my head or if this is too long or too short to cut. Excellent service. I were the hijaab and they looked after me soo well. They made me feel so comfortable and screened the area of for me for my privacy. I went to do a hair Botox treatment and I was explained step by step what they were doing. Nathalia is amazing and very honest. She gave me great advice. Would highly recommend this place. Don't hesitate if you are wearing a hijaab they make you feel so comfortable. There is a trainee young girl who is so polite and also made me feel welcomed.I was asking around at other hairdressers before making my mind up and popped into Emma and Ola as they have a hijaab room. The lady was so rude, she rushed me when soeakiss to me as she was too busy watching a programme on the screen. She told me Botox and keratin are exactly the same treatment. Her body language and the way she communicated was very rude she made me feel I was stupid. I would not recommend this place although they have a hijaab room, as they don't seem knowledgeable. I just wanna say not only is Lucy a great hair stylist but a phenomenal salon owner! I sadly live hours away now and can’t get my hair done by her but i always refer to her as my hair stylist in London. I was passing by the street when I saw the advert outside for the keratin treatment, I called and I got an appointment for the next day. The lady who received me is very nice and very attentive to details. From my long experience with keratin treatment I can guarantee you that she knows very well what she was doing. Regarding the result in my case was one of the bests ever, I couldn’t believe my eyes once she have done the process. I asked her because I was so curious and she told me that she have been doing this for 10 years.
