Lizzy's Cleaning Services

Lizzy the owner did our first cleaning today and it was fantastic. I accidentally scheduled the cleaning on a holiday and she showed up no complaints and had a great attitude. Now I don't recommend scheduling her on holidays but I use it as an example of her work ethic and dedication to her business.

Communication was excellent leading up to the cleaning. Emails were sent to us as reminders and they really give you every opportunity to change dates if needed. I received a text message the day of the cleaning detailing the time she would arrive and she was here exactly when she said she would be. The cleaning was very thorough and we could not be happier!

I like their website which really makes it easy to schedule and it also gives you all the information you need. If you do have any questions they are quick to respond. Their costs are right on par with what I feel they should be. We have used 3 cleaning companies over the past many years and she beats most other companies out there without sacrificing any quality whatsoever.

We hired the crew at Lizzy's to clean our rental properties after our previous crew stopped showing up. After they completed a move-in clean for us I was blown away at the difference between their work and our last company. They hit every crack, crevice and corner. They didn't just dust, they cleaned every sill, the ceiling fans, the baseboards, cabinets, shelves, basically everything in the entire house. I really love lizzy's and would recommend to anyone! We have gone through three other cleaners that just didn't cut it for us. They do a fantastic job every time and very fair price wise. They have been cheaper than the other cleaners we have used that were half as good!Plus I love that I can book online and Lizzy herself contacted me personally via text checking in with me.
