My job gives me the unique opportunity to support people in ways in which they can empower themselves to manage their mental and physical health conditions, develop a deeper sense of understanding of themselves and tell their story in a way that expresses their experience.

Being able to share psychological and creative techniques and tools that help client's feel a greater confidence in both finding satisfaction in their present lives and moving forward, is something truly special.

I wanted to incorporate the richness of my experience and expertise in the psychology field with my creative therapies and artistic background as well as passion for teaching mindfulness. CBT and Psychotherapy are incredibly powerful therapeutic techniques that can create even more of an impact I believe with these additional areas of self-development.

I am a warm, genuine, kind person who is incredibly passionate about working closely with clients to achieve their goals.

My previous clients have told me that my enthusiasm to support them comes across when working with me and is an invaluable part of their journey to create change in their lives during therapy.

I provide individual and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Creative Art Therapy, and Self-management based treatments to clients.

My expertise is in a wide range of issues and conditions including: depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, stress, panic, self-esteem, phobias, work/career, anger management, chronic pain, sleep, and self-development.

I offer a various selection of techniques such as cognitive restructuring, mindfulness training, gradual exposure for panic and phobias, relaxation skills, problem-solving, goal-setting, assertion training, creative therapies (ie art therapy), confidence building and compassion focused therapy.
