Meta played for the LullabyAfrica garden party yesterday. She entertained the guests with her playing and engaged with us to generate a wonderful atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking music therapy for their group; the way she uses music as therapy has a similar scientific base to the babybonding techniques and play therapy by which Lullaby Africa tackles trauma. I was lucky enough today to hear Meta today accompanying an open-air performance of Shakespeare by The Bard Buskers, just outside Winchester Cathedral. The beautiful plaintive sound of the harp - plus percussion - added greatly to the Shakespearean atmosphere, with some very spirited interplay between Meta on harp and Arthur Wood's Shakespearean monologues.. simply delightful! Southdown Nursing Home
Southdown has been extremely fortunate to be involved with Meta and the Living with Harmony team. Although still relatively early in the process, the effects on our service users have been remarkable. We have even had our first training session, where other homes were invited to Southdown to see Living with Harmony first hand, and the response was wonderful! We are very much enjoying this journey and the wonderful energy that Living with Harmony bring to Southdown. Thank you very much for everything! More...

I've worked along side Meta and Alistair from Living with Harmony on a number of occasions. The way they communicate mood and feeling through music is both engaging and fascinating. I left feeling proud to be able to get involved and show their work through my photography. More...

Very therapeutic to be in Meta's company while she plays her harp. Always feel so much more relaxed when I've been in her company, whether it's in person or by listening to the live stream.

Blissful moments in an otherwise chaotic life I’ve wandered up and down Winchester High Street many many times and it wasn’t until one day I sat with a coffee outside of Cafe Nero to listen to Meta play that I realised the calm and often mesmerising affect the harp has on you. I too realised that a handful of other passers by had stopped to enjoy with me. Such a wonderful instrument and one that I feel has a massive part to play in everyday mindfulness practice. Thank you Meta. More...

Meta has been the consummate professional. She puts clients at ease and helps them express feelings and emotions in non verbal form with instruments and dancing as well as vocally if able too. Great stuff Meta. Thank you for all you're hard work. More...
