Living Proof Lifecoach is passionate about you and how you feel towards your life. We all have infinite potential at our fingers tips but life gets in the way! Facing different life challenges and transitions can result in learning new ways of coping and being, not all of which are beneficial or that we are even aware of. I work with people and help them to get back in touch with what’s important in their lives and to navigate through the challenges with ease and clarity.

Coaching is The key to getting back into your own shoes and beginning to move forward again with enthusiasm, rather than fear; with confidence, rather than playing small; and with strength rather confusion. You are a work in progress at every stage of your life and moving forward, no matter how slow, is important for your growth and recovery.

Promoting positive mental health Group work
I have delivered positive mental health workshops to hundreds of people. Together we discuss what positive mental health means to you as a group and personally; how we can foster it and nurture it to grow and move us forward to flourishing rather than languishing.
