I love helping others and my passion leads my life. What I love most about my job is seeing someone go from feeling down with no direction to being clear and focused with a strong belief in themselves. I hope to be a beacon for others, showing that it is possible to live a life that you not only cope with, but love living every day.

I have been a special education teacher for six years. Two years ago I decided to start my own tutoring business. I absolutely loved being able to help students in a one on one setting and I loved being able to use the tools and resources I knew were effective. I am working on my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I want to be a professional counselor and work with people one on one with their mental health. Last year, I decided to start a business that was aligned with who I wanted to be. I am a believer in doing what is right for you and for me, owning a business aligns with my personality, lifestyle, and mission.

Clients should choose me for life coaching if they need help building positive habits, developing and achieving goals, making career decisions, managing stress and anxiety, making changes, and if they want to live their best life possible. I use many techniques, but I focus on mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
