Living Edge took on a decoration and light refurbishment project for us in order to prepare a house for market. We were working to tight timescales but Rod was able to manage this effectively. Good advice and suggestions on how to present the property at its best were politely given and we are really pleased with the result. Cannot praise Rod and his team highly enough. After discovering a major issues with the parapet wall and chimney on our 1850s house, they assessed the problem and the structural engineer recommendations and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The communication was fantastic, the team were punctual, very quick and very neat and professional and the standard of work fantastic. All done exactly on estimate and ahead of schedule. Rod and his team constructed an amazing woodshed for us. The brief we gave was to (where possible) use materials which we already had. The team built an attractive woodshed which fitted in well with its surroundings. The roof was the only new material and chosen thoughtfully to fit in brilliantly with a neighbouring building. Absolutely superb work - we are so impressed with the quality, care and attention to detail. We had an IKEA wardrobe we purchased constructed expertly by Rod and then coved in; and you wouldn’t know it wasn’t an extremely expensive built in wardrobe.
