What do you love most about your job?
The AHA moments of my clients when that breakthrough happens, it's thrilling and exciting! I cannot describe the feeling of humility and gratefulness when a couple re-engages or when a scholar or adult find their true career path. I love it when people re-connect in business and how employees and employers alike approach me with glowing eyes after a teambuilding exercise, stating that they never knew how conflict can be managed and avoided even if both parties knew what I just taught them, about themselves and others. How business managers state that they never knew what a difference it makes to know your anchor people, the checks and balances people etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I sold my toys at our back gate to passers-by since I was about 5 years old. I always knew I had to do my own thing I just didn't know exactly what. After a messy divorce and years of combat in relationships, I decided to study relationships and how they work and what to do when they go wrong. I'm blessed to have great mentors and coaches who have a lot of patience with me. I used all this experience and pain to start my own business.
