Luke Cooper has over 3 years’ experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He offers 1-2-1, semi-private and small group training sessions to the public. Luke is based at Peak Performance Wellness and Rehab - a fully functional private studio in Southampton.

Luke has trained me in a metal music fitness class (circuits and boxing) once a week. He is motivating, very knowledgeable and makes working out fun! I would definitely recommend training with Luke if you want to see results. Thanks again! More...

I've been training with Luke now for 5 weeks and have seen a huge progress in such little time! Without his motivation, encouragement and positive attitude amongst well thought out sessions, I couldn't have dreamt of the physique I've achieved so far.

Luke was the PT in charge of our 6 week weight loss course 'Pure Loser'. My friend and I had often found it difficult to keep motivated and on track with the gym and tended to give up after a short period of time. Luke helped us learn to enjoy the gym and although we complained every single week, he somehow managed to keep us on track and laughing every step of the way. Therefore I was so happy to find out I had lost 7 pounds in weight, 3 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. Six weeks of pure loser with Luke was well worth it, lost half a stone. Luke sessions were hard work however he pushes you in a good way. Luke is always motivational, with a smile and a laugh he gets you to the end.... I actually started enjoying it! I would really recommend Luke. More...

I had the pleasure of a PT session by Luke, not only did he make me feel comfortable in an environment I wasn't confident within, he made me relaxed.

He pushed me to a standard I didn't think I was capable of and within just one hour educated me massively, I recommend contacting him if you're even just curious of what he can provide because I was astounded with the standard of professionalism.

This is something I'm certain I will be doing again.

I trained with Luke at Thrash Fit, a quite unique Metal inspired fitness class with an emphasis on circuits and mixing in some MMA elements.
I found Luke's knowledge of fitness as a whole to be excellent. I got a real person-centred vibe from him despite it being in a session with several other people.

He’s increased my confidence in the gym hugely, and despite my whinging is always so patient and motivating.

Always impressed by the effort Luke goes to before our training to research and learn new exercises that are tailored to me, and every session just flys by.

I'm a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, offering technical based training for the snatch and clean Olympic lifts. I will coach you from what is known as a 'top down' approach, where I will assess your technique from every segment of the movement starting from head to floor; to develop your overall full lifts while queuing any potential errors. I will also offer continued development in stability, mobility, flexibility and strength to address any weakness or areas of improvement. Olympic weight lifting offers a new, but challenging and fun approach to everyday lifting in a gym environment.
