Dax was the DJ for our wedding and did a phenomenal job! It was so easy to work with him. We had a bunch of non-Top 40 (traditional Armenian, Canadian folk) song requests and he made it so easy to ensure that they were played. He hit every cue without fail. Sound levels were perfect for the venue. And he's a great guy! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a super-nice and easy to work with DJ for their next event. More...

Dax DJ'ed for our wedding in August. Since my family is of a Hispanic background I often worried if we picked the right DJ. However Dax was very reassuring and attentive. He worked with another DJ that had more experience with our genre and everyone still talks about the music. Derek did an amazing job being our Emcee for our daughters quinceanera. He made the intoductions fun and meaningful. Pablo played all the right music to keep the dance floor full at all times. Thank you guys for an amazing event and in the words of my daughter "her party was lit" Derek kept in touch with me for months before the event and during the night to make sure everything went smoothly. Live fusion entertainment provided an incredible DJ for my wedding. DJ Yahooo not only played great music and worked with me every step of the way from designing my timeline to playing every song and request that my guests had. Everyone had an awesome time and the DJ was on the dance floor leading dances and keeping the party going. I have a good friend who is a DJ that attended and he couldn't complement DJ Yahooo enough!! Choosing Live Fusion for our big day was easily the best decision we could have made. Derek was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about making this the happiest day of our lives. It has been a month since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on the music. I cannot sing the praises of live fusion and dj dax enough. My husband and I attended my childhood friend, @erin taylor's amazing wedding over a year before our own. We attributed a lot of the "great atmosphere" of her wedding, as we do to all weddings, to the music professional choice. She had enlisted the services of dj dax for her Orlando wedding, and we were happy to hear he could perform at our St Pete wedding. Unbeknownst to me, if you decide on a DJ they really effect whether you adhere to your wedding "timeline/schedule of events" so it's important that you hire someone responsible. Dj dax and team delivered from that standpoint and relieved a lot of stress by making the evening run smoothly. An added bonus was that he pays close attention to the pronunciation of names, as my husband is of Ukranian descent so we had some tounge twisters in there. He called me a few nights before and made sure to record me pronouncing any complicated names to ensure he honored them correctly the day of our celebration. As far as our wedding day playlist, I gave instructions for some of the specific parts (first dance, family dances, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, exit) but gave him loose suggestions for the rest of the night. I have received multiple compliments from friends since then stating that he provided the best wedding playlist they ever heard and that "their spouse/significant other who never dances was on the dance floor the entire night." My favorite review was that 3 of our groomsmen (engineers so introverts by nature) danced so hard that they split their tux pants. Haha.
