Had a fabulous yoga therapy session with Kate while in town on a business trip. She was welcoming and I felt an instant connection with her. Her studio is lovely. We attended a wonderful Lyra class here! The teacher was well trained, really clear on how to do everything, and tailored the class to everyone involved. World class studio! The welcoming and positive environment coupled with expert instruction allowed for my fluid advancement in knowledge and performance of multiple aerial art forms. Whether it's LBL's vast understanding of yoga philosophy to the astrological readings as well as numerous other services, all have helped aid my soulful journey to become a better person. The aerial yoga class I took was AMAZING! It was the hardest arm workout I've ever hard but I didn't even realize until it was over because it was so much fun! I felt like a cirque du solei performer during my first class! Â The instruction and guidance was perfect, I knew what to do and felt completely comfortable doing it. Â This class was so much fun!! I have nothing but great things to say about this yoga/aerials/massage studio. Kate has provided such great feedback and recommendations to improve my yoga practice. She truly has a gift. When we work through breathing techniques and proper postures, I feel so much stronger and grounded. It's incredible how accomplished and light I feel after a yoga class. It was also very exciting to learn that there are aerial classes here. I had taken aerial classes back in California and really wanted to continue in Fort Collins. Thanks to their 2-week trial, I was able to join a few aerials classes. Rachel has been so great in leading aerial yoga and intro to aerials classes. I can't wait for my next class to learn some more beautiful moves on the silks. I feel at home in this studio and am so happy to be part of this amazing community. More...

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is contagious & the instructors are very patient & compassionate. I am an aerial student here & LBL has truly changed my life in opening my eyes to what is possible. Taking aerial classes (like silk ropes & Lyra) has been one of the most amazing experiences in my life & I have a true passion to advance my practice as far as I can- & that's the cool thing, if you are willing to work your butt off for it, they want to help you achieve your wildest dreams here. I feel so strongly that my instructors truly believe in me & I feel fortunate to have found such a gold mine for success. This place is helping me to create more opportunities for myself & what I want to see in my life- I am so thankful  that I have them in my life! I have been visiting this studio since they opened and it's a great place for Yoga as well as other services like assistance with back and shoulder pain from years of exercise. The instructor Kate is the best I have ever had. She is very concerned with going slow and form to make sure your yoga stretches are correct. Â I highly recommend Live Beyond Limit! More...
