I'm interested in alternative historic heathen (pagan) therapies of England and worldwide borrowed alternative therapies and so have just completed my first 3 sessions of acupuncture with an added sample of Bowen therapy at a bargain £90 which is a price hard to match elsewhere in my experience. The service was polite, clean and friendly with the treatment certainly helping my leg cramping, stiffness, muscle twitching and pains. I was suffering from bad back pain and wasn't able to walk properly especially in morning. I saw Adeel at LivWell he reccomended accupunture for this problem I was nervous as I had not had this done before. Adeel is professional, friendly and made me feel at ease he explained what he was doing. After my first session of accupuncture I noticed a difference and was able to walk in the morning better then what I was able to do in weeks and by the third session there was a big improvement and no back pain.I would highly reccomended this place. I came to LivWell for Acupuncture and Qi Bowen. I had pain in my foot that my doctor wasn't able to help with - the last resort would be surgery. Adeel diagnosed a trapped nerve and plantar fascitis and began a course of treatments. I've had a couple of sessions, and I now have a lot more mobility in my foot and the pain has subsided completely. Adeel is an extremely qualified therapist, and comes highly recommended. My first time to cupping after reading up on its benefits I took the plunge and had s session with Adeel. I have felt the benefits after one session. I have suffered with shoulder pain and for the first time in months it has gone and I feel refreshed as I have also been able to sleep better my treatment.
