Simon has been helping my company with its IT needs for over 10 years now. Instead of trying to sort out the problem ourselves, we quickly pick up the phone and give him ring. This has saved us lots of time over the years. Simon mainly provides us with remote support and having him take control my computer to sort out any IT issues I have has been extremely helpful and reassuring that the problem has been successfully resolved.
