Little Red Fox Bakery

To say I have a sweet tooth would be the understatement of the year. I needed a bakery that would provide not only the perfect wedding cake, but a dessert spread that would shock and amaze. I cannot verbalize how much Kristi delivered. I always thought I'd have a traditional wedding cake with vanilla and fondant, but Kristi offered me other options outside the box. I have to say, there is something so elegant and well timed about getting an apple cake with maple and vanilla frosting to serve at a Vermont wedding in October. With chocolate covered cake pops, pretzels, and cookies to boot, everyone (including myself) could not have been more pleased! Delectable desserts aside, Kristi was prompt in responding to my questions and I never felt like I was waiting long to hear from her. Professionalism and tasty treats? Abso freakin lutely I do! We ordered 4 flavors of mini cupcakes for our wedding desert and a mini cake (lemon cupcake w/vanilla frosting, chocolate w/espresso frosting, maple cupcake w/maple buttercream, vanilla cupcake w/chocolate buttercream). Kristi was very patient with all of my questions along the way (I was planning my wedding from across the country), she held a tasting for our parents, and delivered the cupcakes and set them up on the wedding day. Everyone LOVED the cupcakes and we are still receiving compliments about them today. Thank you for making our wedding dessert, it was AMAZING!!!
