First time at this food truck today and boy, do Bill and company have a good thing going! Great customer service... and the food! His red sauce that he uses on a lot of items is out of this world! My son and I had the hot sausage sandwiches... so tasty and smothered with grilled onions, peppers... and that sauce! My wife loved the lasagna sandwich so much, I couldn't even get a taste! Oh, and the green beans (Parmesan) is to die for! We'll be watching to see where Little Piazza is in the future! More...

Finally got to try Little Piazza food truck today after hearing rave reviews for a long time! We got the lasagna sandwich with green beans and it did not disappoint. The sausage lasagna between bread was the carb bomb I’ve been craving, but was nicely balanced with the perfectly seasoned green beans. My family and I had a wonderful experience with these guys for my graduation! They came right to my house and everyone got the pleasure of eating wonderful food! It was great for my party because I didn’t have to worry about making food or planning for it and I didn’t have to clean up! They provide the plates and the utensils, which was huge! Tried this truck today and fell in love! We had the meatball slider, the spicy Italian sausage sandwich and the pasta salad. They were all amazing! The meatballs we made to perfection! I usually dont like sausage, but the sandwich had grilled onion and peppers (I think) on it and it was so tasty. The pasta salad was perfect also. The food itself is amazing. The sausage and peppers are a delicious blend of spicy and sweet, while the meatball sandwich rivals my Italian mother-in-law's! The real star though is the grilled lasagna sandwich. It's an unreal party all up in my mouth!
