When our little boy arrived 7 weeks early the last thing on our minds was professional photographs. After we had him home and settled, he was too old for many photographers to even consider photographing, however Emma was not phased by the challenge at all. From our first contact with her she was compassionate and clearly very enthusiastic about her work. She fit us in really quickly at a time that was convenient for us and made us all feel at home in her studio. She was very friendly and professional during the entire shoot, especially with the little man.We weren’t expecting many of the stereotypical newborn poses as he is such a wriggler, however she persevered and captured him with a number of props as well as him completely natural. His personality really shone through in every photo.The editing, video and prints were all superb and at a very good price. I can’t recommend her enough to capture the early days of your little one. Had photos of my son taken by Emma around 2 years ago now and they are still some of my absolute favourite images of him, she really managed to capture his personality and brought him out of his shell so well. Emma was also very accommodating as when we arrived for our original session my son wasn’t very well and really not cooperating so she offered to rearrange and no extra charge which I thought was so lovely of her and something she didn’t have to do! Highly recommend Emma she was fantastic my daughter was wide awake when she came to Have her photos taken and Emma soothes her and the outcome of the photos was amazing. As a parent it’s not easy feeling at ease with someone who you do not know holding your baby but Emma made the whole experience calm and relaxed I felt safe leaving her in charge and doing as she needed with my daughter. We took our identical 18 day old twins in as Emma needed models to help with teaching and she was absolutely fantastic (as was the person learning! ) She had so much patience with the babies, was so welcoming and everything was very easy to organise. Emma is awesome! She welcomed us into her beautiful studio & made us feel at home! We have irreplaceable photos of our week old son Roman which Emma captured perfectly! Emma is very talented at what she does, We were booked in for a new born photo shoot. She was very accomadating with suitable dates. The actual shoot she was amazing with both my newborn daughter and toddler. We took a couple of our own props to use and left the rest to Emma to decide on. I was blown away when we received our gallery to view, All the photos were AMAZING! Especially the work she did to capture my daughter's together (toddler was not playing ball but with some editing it looks amazing!) Finally we have just picked up our canvas and prints and the quality is fantastic. Looking forward to my using Emma for my daughter's cake smash shoot next year! I left it really last-minute to decide to have a newborn shoot, and, at five weeks, many photographers would have considered my son to be too old, but Emma was so accommodating. She couldn't have been more patient and reassuring. Her studio is so welcoming, and we immediately felt at ease. Her talent is off the scale, but, not only that, she's such a warm, lovely person, she made the whole session so much fun. Emma is a wonderful lady and a very talented photographer. She did my maternity shoot outside and we were lucky enough to have a small window when the rain let up. She was a trooper trekking through all the muddy fields with us. We felt very welcome in her home and we were so relaxed while she did Kirsten's photos when she was 11 days old. She handled Kirsten as if she were her own. She also accommodated two further mini sessions of Kirsten 2 weeks later and at 6 weeks old when both sets of grandparents visited and she captured 3 generations beautifully for us. Our son had his newborn session when he was a week old. We were dubious as he had been suffering with colic, so thought he would be a nightmare. We couldn't have been more wrong. Emma was fantastic with him, not only an extremely talented photographer, but a babysitter and therapist too! Me and my husband sat and relaxed whilst Emma chatted with us as well as working with oscar. She was so patient with him, taking her time to perfect each pose. She quite happily accommodated our requests for certain pictures and props, and even talked us in to having some family pictures,(a week post birth, I wasn't thrilled at the idea!) Emma is truly amazing. My daughter was a right pain from the start and it took in total 6 hours plus and two trips to get her newborn pictures done but that didn't fuss Emma she was so professional and loving. The way she was with my daughter was so lovely to see cause she took a lot of pride in her work and made sure all three of us felt comfortable from start to finish. We was even kept company by the lovely jack who is just adorable!!! I can't wait for our next baby to have Emma capture him or her as beautifully as she has my daughter.
