Last week I went on a course at the Gosport Basepoint Centre 'Introduction to Facebook and Twitter for Business', presented by Becky and Laura. It was a great help to me as I didn't know how to 'tweet' properly or set up a business page on Facebook. Becky & Laura answered all my questions (and there were plenty of them!) and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you are in need of extra help with either of the platforms, I highly recommend you attending this course. Firstly, i've never been to the Business Centre before and from what i did see looks a great place to do business.
