Rene and Co. just did our desserts for our wedding and we can't recommend them enough. They were kind, affordable, flexible, and they collaborated with us to make everything stylized and customized to our taste. And most of all, the food was DELICIOUS. Rene was the most responsive, understanding, and flexible vendor we contacted for a last-minute wedding party on New Year's Eve; not only did she and Chef Zach deliver the most amazing service, but they also delivered the BEST doughnuts and cupcakes I've ever eaten! I just had the most amazing cake I have ever had at the Skylight Posh party. I don’t even think I’ve ever had a cake with caramel in the center (I think that’s what it was) and it was simply glorious. Honestly, I’m always skeptical of fancy cakes (and this cake was a work of art) when it comes to flavor because you think you’ve got to get one or the other, looks or flavor, but sweet baby Jesus this cake was absolutely magnificent.
