Al recently made our wedding cake and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We had a naked three tier cake consisting of 3 different flavours.
As it was a sponge cake, we wanted guests to enjoy the cake on the day so we served it as a pudding. No exaggeration, every single guest commented on the cake to say how delicious it was especially the amazing chocolate brownie cake and the Victoria sponge (lots of people said it was the best Victoria Sponge they’d ever had!!)
Al went above and beyond for us including decorating the cake and ensuring it was truly perfect. We would highly recommend him for all your catering needs (and will be coming back for more cake!!)�� Thanks Al! �
