Omg!!! I live in La and have been waiting to get back to home to try this place! INSANE. Mango jerk bowl was just as good as the pictures on ig looked! So much flavor.

The first time I tried this place was last night. I am back today to try something different because the last dish was sooo good! I live in Hyde Park and it has taken a long time for me finally to visit. Now I look back at my life and wonder what else I walk by without trying out just because I know what I like. I digress. The first time I came here I got the Cajun chicken fettuccine Alfredo and took it back home. Today I am back but giving the steak fettuccine Alfredo a try and let's just say I was not disappointed. These are two completely different tasting Alfredos. Needless to say, you all have earned a return customer. I suspect I will end up going through the entire menu. First time visiting, overall great experience, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my sauce for the fried green tomatoes. I also would have liked if the add on choices were on the actual menu I started seeing them towards the end of my order taped on the counter and wasnt able to add some of the things because my wrap was already prepared, also next time the wrap cld b a little more tighter alot of the toppings were falling out ...I don't mean to be picky i jus like to get my moneys worth and a good customer experience, I will most definitely b back, food was amazing More...

I don't know what happened to my previous review however I'm willing to write another. This is & will forever be my favorite "causal" restaurant in the entire city. The prices are fair & you get tons of food. There's plenty on the menu to please any taste palette & things are highly customizable. I always get my coveted jerk chicken wrap with extra house sauce & on this visit I'm trying the new mango chicken wrap but I usually opt for a cranberry chicken wrap. The jerk has a miniature kick but it's nothing unbearable in my humble opinion. Unfortunately the location in south loop which was nearest to me is closed but I'll gladly stop by the Hyde park location to fulfill my fix. I really like this place and I order from here often. Most recently, this past Sunday(5/19) I stopped by around 1p and they were pretty busy with only two people working. I was impressed with how courteous the guys remained even though they were clearly swamped. 'WE' aren't known for providing friendly customer service, especially in a 'fast food' setting so this was certainly a welcomed, pleasant surprise. They were working as diligently as possible to tend to those in line along with preparing the Uber eats/door dash type orders; I appreciated that. Inconsistency!!!!! Been ordering enough times now to know either your fettuccine is going to be fettuccine soup or dry noodles. ..  and no matter how you ask them to secure your take out they will not ... no tie or knot or staple of the bag... I have been happy with everything that I've ordered there I mostly order the salads ...:the Jerk chickensalad is the bomb...I normally order from Uber eats and my only complaint is I think they should secure the food a little bit better wrapping it with saran wrap so it's not so easy to be tampered with. My boyfriend and I live near by and was looking for a restaurant open late, after a few Google searches we stumbled upon this gem and decided to take the bus there. The young lady at the front and the guy at the register gave great customer service. I ordered the blackened Salmon Alfredo and my boyfriend created a spinich salad with mango Salmon the meals we're amazing‼ salmon cooked perfect. We also ordered two orders of fried green tomatoes which in my opinion (and my boyfriends) were a bit too salty. They were a good flavor but a little too salty.
