Jane and Listen and Like did a great job of helping us hold to our social media schedules. They provided timely and consistent customer service and follow through on all of our projects. They came along at a time when we really needed help and we were grateful to find them. They gave us notice that they were doubling their rates after 3 months of working with them, however, and after 5 months we had seen very marginal growth in business income related to the newsletter or social media posts they were creating for us. Their strategy didn't seem to work for our wellness center here in California. Listen and Like did provide everything that they agreed on with high quality and it was "on-brand". I'm not sure why their strategy didn't work for us. My recommendation would to be clear about what outcomes you are looking for and adjust your strategy with them mid-stream if you are coming up short. More...

Let us take the stress out of training! Wheather you want to learn yourself or you need an in-house training session for your team we can help. We specialise in Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram training, and create programmes that will keep you updated on all the latest platform changes. We have two main training options:

Our one-on-one sessions offer a bespoke programme that combines learning how to use the platform with how to create a new marketing plan. Plus our trainers provide tips and tricks that will help you to not only manage your platforms and brand but promote posts, run campaigns and achieve ongoing success by increasing your reach, clicks and sales.
Company training sessions
While company sessions allow up to 4 members of staff the opportunity to learn the skills, they need to create a successful account in either 2-hour sessions over 6-weeks or 4-half-day courses in which you will receive training on branding, assessing your audience, design & visuals, tone of voice, research and stratergy, scheduling and paid promotions and creating a conversation.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Creating beautiful design takes time, and it’s a collaborative process. We’ll work with you to produce unique tailored designs, that are optimised for each specific platform. So if you want to deliver a stylish newsletter, create a new logo or simply produce a series of YouTube videos that ‘WOW’, your dedicated designer will take your brief from concept to production leaving you with a final product that is both relevant, compelling and successful.
