Called and spoke to Declan told him my problem. My Toshiba laptop had lost function keys and I had no idea how to fix. He was great I left laptop with him and shortly after collected it. Excellent service. Went in with my computer which refused to start following several days of windows "blue screen" issues. James listened to my woes, asked some pertinent questions and said he was sure it was fixable. Said he would call back within the hour with a quotation to fix.
