Excellent customer service and quality!!What a fabulous shop this is!! We are on the west coast and wanted a tropical arrangement to cheer up a friend in the hospital. Of course, our flowers are all in bloom but not so much back east. Lisa’s hunter down and special ordered the flowers for this arrangement and had it ready in less than 24 hours. Very nice spot for giftcards, flowers and balloons. You can order over the phone. But i found them to be a bit pricey than average. Might be their location.

I order flowers quite often.  Lisa took my order and let me know one of the flowers were low in stock, but she could substitute another kind in it's place.  Normally when I request a photo, I get one photo per bouquet or none at all.  I got several!  The two bouquets are absolutely beautiful! The flowers even looked like they were fresh and would last several days.  I was impressed with her same day service and taking down the long message correctly.  I selected this florist based on prior review ratings.  They were right on! I was walking by the shop at lunch today and got drawn in by several gorgeous Gerber daisy plants on display on the sidewalk. The shop has a beautiful assortment of bouquets, plants and even a few single flowers. I purchased my Gerber Daisy plant and had a wonderful experience with the lovely ladies in the shop. I am from out of state and needed a florist to deliver flowers to my husband who works in Philadelphia.   Not being familiar with any, I used Yelp to help me choose.  The store had a favorable rating so I decided to give them a try. I had my wedding bouquets and boutonniere's made here and had a consultation with Gina first. She was very friendly and professional as well as being open minded about the types of flowers I wanted. Lisa's Flowers prepared the flowers for my wedding day.  They were patient and very helpful to me in picking color choices and explaining different types of flowers that were in season and which flowers would be complimentary.  I was so confident in their ability that I was able focus on other tasks in preparation for our special day.  Our family and friends were very complementary of the arrangements and the alter.  I was also able to dry my wedding bouquet with ease so I can keep it as a beautiful memory. I've been using Lisa's Flowers for the last year or so and they've always delivered the goods, so to speak.  Whether you've forgotten a birthday and need to have something delivered "YIKES!  RIGHT NOW!!!" or just want to pick up something on your way home or as a hostess gift, the Yu's (Christine, Gina and their mother, the eponymous Lisa) do incredibly beautiful work that will reflect nicely on you.  They are also happy to assist you with gift baskets or deliveries out of the area and will personally call the florist who will be doing the delivery to both order the job and confirm the delivery.
